Extrusion coated paper / stiffener board / laminates

We are equipped with sophisticated extrusion coating machine which has capability to render polycoating to any substrate � be it Paper, Polyester (PET), Oriented and Cast polypropylene films (BOPP & CPP), Alum Foil etc.

This machine has primer coating and corona treatment facilities prior to polycoating for excellent bond between the basic substrate and polyethylene coating. Polycoating, as low as 8-10 gsm is feasible on this machine.

The end products produced on this machine have a very wide range of applications e.g. heat sealable wrappers / stiffener boards / flow wraps , barrier laminates suitable for food packaging applications e.g. packaging of potato chips / kurkure /coffee / soup, decorative laminates etc.
